I have the best jobs ever. My internship is just what I needed and God really knew exactly what I needed (duh, I know!) and the people are fantastic to work with, flexible, interested in hiring me after graduation, and have faith in me and my abilities. My nanny job is fantastic and I can’t wait for that to start—my girls are so sweet, they lease a horse so thank God part of my summer will be spent at the barn spending time with the older girl and her horse and teaching lessons for them (although they are getting so good together!) and taking pictures and grooming for her shows, hopefully. The younger girl is so sweet and we have made amazing progress—I would have never have guessed how well it’s working out with her. She has her own challenges and has a hard time getting used to people and likes very few people, but apparently she told her mom how excited she is to see me. This is huge especially since I am very firm with her and we’ve had fights and struggles but I guess it’s paid off and it’s so satisfying to know things are good between us :) Add to that my awesome friends and the fun stuff and trips we have planned this summer and I’m ridiculously excited and SO thankful. God is amazing. I’m not saying everything’s easy or perfect because there’s already been plenty of struggles but it is worth it :)
